Organizations Filed Purposes: TO PROVIDE INTEGRATED PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WHICH WILL STRENGTHEN FAMILIES AND BUILD HEALTHY COMMUNITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF BOSTON.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - TO MAINTAIN HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR DETERIORATING HOUSING SECTORS AND THE DECREASING SUPPLY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. DURING 2019, OLMSTED GREEN PHASE FOUR RENTAL HOUSING COMPLETED AND PUT INTO SERVICE 100 NEW RENTAL UNITS. THERE UNITS INCLUDED: 40 AFFORDABLE LOW INCOME HOUSING UNITS, 40 WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT UNITS, AND 20 RENTAL UNITS AT MARKET RATE. LENA PARK RECEIVED PRE-APPROVAL FOR THE RENOVATION AND REHABILIATION FOR GRANITE LENA PARK HOUSING.

AFTER SCHOOL/SUMMER PROGRAM - THE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM OFFERS STUDENTS RESOURCES FROM 2:30- 6:00 PM DURING THE ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR.THESE RESOURCES INCLUDE HOMEWORK SUPPORT, MATH COACHING, CHESS, MODERN DANCE, ART AND PHYSICAL RECREATION THE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM SERVES CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5-13.THE SUMMER PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO HELP CHILDREN DEVELOP VALUABLE SOCIAL SKILLS THROUGH A DIVERSE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AGES 5-13. THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDED FIELD TRIPS, SPORTS, ART AND COMPUTER LAB WHERE PARTICIPANTS LEARNED MICROSOFT OFFICE, GAMES AND HOW TO USE SEARCH ENGINES. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDED A HEALTHY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR LOW INCOME PARTICIPANTS.

TECHNOLOGY CENTER - IS A STATE OF THE ART CLASSROOM WITH 21ST CENTURY TECHNOLOGY. THIS CENTER IS AVAILABLE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO USE TO INCREASE THEIR TECHNOLOGICAL AND WORKPLACE SKILLS. THESE CLASSES GIVE FAMILIES AN OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE FORWARD IN THEIR EDUCATION AND DEVELOP A SKILL SET TO MEET THE MINIMUM TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DAY TO DAY LIVING.
