ALSO PROVIDES ENGLISH CLASSES FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES (ESOL), AND SUMMER SOCCER AND SCHOOLYARD PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN.
HOMEBUYER SERVICES: PROVIDES SERVICES RELATED TO HOME BUYING TO FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS WHO ARE PRIMARILY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES. ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES RELATING TO FORECLOSURE MITIGATION AND PREVENTION COUNSELING. NOAH OFFERS THIS TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE BEHIND ON THEIR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS OR MAY SOON BECOME SO, OR IN THE FORECLOSURE PROCESS WITH THEIR LENDERS. FINANCIAL LITERACY, CREDIT AND BUDGETING EDUCATION: PROVIDES LOW-AND MODERATE INCOME COMMUNITY MEMBERS UP TO EIGHT HOURS OF FREE COURSEWORK TEACHING HOW TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A RECORD OF GOOD CREDIT, HOW TO UNDERSTAND CREDIT SCORING AND HOW TO SET AND REACH FINANCIAL GOALS. ALSO OFFERS FREE VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE DURING THE TAX YEAR FOR LOW-MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO QUALIFY.
