EFFICIENT AND RESILIENT BUIDLINGS AND COMMUNITIES - NEEP PROVIDEDGUIDANCE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OFRESILIENT, HEALTHY, HIGH-PERFORMANCE AND ZERO ENERGY BUILDINGS ANDCOMMUNITIES AT THE LOCAL AND STATE LEVEL IN THE NORTHEAST U.S. OUR WORK INCLUDED:TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT THROUGH AN ONLINE INTERACTIVE TOOL, COMMUNITY ACTION PLANNING FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY (CAPEE), TOASSIST UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES IN THEIR EFFORTS TO MOVE FORWARDENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THEIR MUNICIPALITIES. INTEGRATION OF SOLAR PV DATA AND CONTINUED TO DISSEMINATE THE HOME ENERGY LABELING INFORMATION EXCHANGE (HELIX), A DATABASE CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY POPULATING REAL ESTATE LISTINGS WITH HOME ENERGY INFORMATION WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE AND APPROVED BY THE SELLER. CODE ADOPTION ACTIVITY IN ALL 13 STATES IN THE NEEP REGION: FOUR STATES ADOPTED THE 2018 INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATION CODE (IECC) FOR STATEWIDE IMPLEMENTATION, TWO STATES ADOPTED THE 2015 IECC, THREE STATES IMPLEMENTED ZERO ENERGY STRETCH CODES, AND THREE MORE ADOPTED STRETCH CODES.
