The Boston Building Materials Coop Charitable and Educational Fund, d/b/a Boston Building Resources-Reuse Center (the Fund), helps low- and moderate-income homeowners and nonprofit orgs. repair and maintain homes and buildings by providing new and recycled quality, affordable building materials. The Fund's workshops teach skills homeowners can use to make improvements and repairs to their homes. Taught by professional contractors, workshops cover topics such as double hung window rehab, making doors work, plaster repair, tiling, home weatherization, and drywall installation. Customers can receive answers to their home repair questions over the phone, at the store, or through home visits.
