Organizations Filed Purposes: THE ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION OF MOUNT HOLYOKE COLLEGE IS AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION PROVIDING DIVERSE PROGRAMS, EXPERTISE, AND RESOURCES TO FOSTER LIFELONG LEARNING AND EMPOWER ALUMNAE TO CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER AND THE COLLEGE.

TO ADVANCE LIFELONG CONNECTION AND ENGAGEMENT WITH MOUNT HOLYOKE COLLEGE AND THE ENTIRE ALUMNAE COMMUNITY BY CREATING LASTING CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE TWO. IN FYE 6/30/20, THE EMPHASIS CHANGED A BIT AS A RESULT OF COVID-19 AND THE CANCELLATION OF REUNION 2020, TYPICALLY THE LARGEST EVENT OF THE YEAR. DURING FY20, THE FOCUS OF THE ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION INCLUDED A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COLLEGE IN WHICH A SERIES OF NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES WERE HOSTED BETWEEN ALUMNAE AND STUDENTS, FEATURING KEY ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION LEADERS AND TAKING PLACE BOTH ON AND OFF CAMPUS. IN ADDITION, THE ANNUAL VOLUNTEER CONFERENCE WAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE A LARGER NUMBER OF ALUMNAE IN ATTENDANCE, GIVING THESE VOLUNTEERS THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CONTINUE TO INSPIRE AND HONOR ALUMNAE VOICES IN SUPPORT OF MOUNT HOLYOKE COLLEGE AND A LIBERAL ARTS EDUCATION IN THEIR COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKPLACES THROUGH STORYTELLING, DIRECT MESSAGING, AND CONTRIBUTIONS OF THEIR TIME, THEIR EXPERTISE AND THEIR FINANCIAL SUPPORT. SPECIAL EMPHASIS WAS PLACED ON CAREER RELATED EVENTS IN FY2020 INCLUDING EVENTS FOR ALUMS IN TECHNOLOGY, ALUMS IN FINANCE AND ALUMS IN LAW. ALUMNAE REMAINED CONNECTED TO THE COLLEGE AND EACH OTHER THROUGH ONLINE AND PRINT PUBLICATIONS, VOLUNTEER RESOURCES AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE, AND THROUGH VIRTUAL REUNION EVENTS AND THROUGH AN INTENTIONAL SUITE OF VIRTUAL EVENTS BETWEEN MARCH AND JUNE OF 2020, DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE COVID-19 RELATED RESTRICTIONS. THE ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION RECEIVES IN-KIND USE OF FACILITY SPACE FROM MOUNT HOLYOKE COLLEGE, VALUED AT $50,000.
