Recreation. 30 miles trail system available to the public 365 days per year. Six primitive cabins and campsites available for overnight use. Over 6000 day use visitors. Hosted 5th annual biathlon with 150 racers, 5th annual half marathon race with 125 racers, 3d annual kids cross country ski clinic with 50 participants, facilitated rental of over 100 pairs of kids cross country skis, hosted full moon winter hikes and summer canoe paddles.
Education - Continued school outreach program to educate students about ecology, natural history, environmental stewardship with 2 teachers hosting 40 4th graders each month. Hosted 25 school field trips. Offered over 40 environmental education programs to the public including bird migration, mushroom identification, wilderness first aid, nature journaling, basket making, spoon carving, bog ecology, vernal pool ecology, frog identification training.
