Treatment is delivered with a focus on whole health. This team-based approach creates a plan with consumers that is specific to their unique health needs. Integrated Primary Care (IPC): TCMHS clinicians work side by side with primary care physicians and medical providers to provide coordinated, holistic care.
Housing - provided behavioral health services in a residential setting in order to improve the quality of life of persons with severe and prolonged behavioral illness.Residential Services: TCMHS operates three group homes and a supportive apartment program for consumers returning to their communities after a long hospitalization. Multi-disciplinary teams provide 24/7 support to work toward consumer goals.Social Learning Center: Offers quality day programming and in-home support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
