The Ark is committed to providing compassionate care and placement of homeless animals, alleviating overpopulation of companion animals by promoting low cost spay/neuter programs, and promoting and improving the welfare of all animals through community outreach and education.

Emergency Funding for companion animals. The Winston Fund provides funding for low income families in need of emergency vet services for companion animals. Provides funding to low income elderly or disabled pet owners moving to assisted living for required pet deposit.
