Organizations Filed Purposes: To develop and deliver training and educational resources to help people experience stronger relationships, valued influence, and less conflict in all areas of life, leading to a compelling witness for Christ.

Developed new "values-based" (secular) version of our original faith-based online course, Discovering Relational Wisdom 3.0 Seminar and presented both versions as well as shorter custom presentations to 8,600 people in 39 different seminars, conferences, webinars and presentations. This required ongoing studying of the latest theological and psychological research and writing on relationships, including current studies on emotional intelligence, the secular counterpart to relational wisdom. Our long term goal is to see thousands of pastors and lay Christians teaching this material in their homes, churches, and places of work.

Maintained and improved a robust, comprehensive, and technologically sophisticated web site and weekly blog to provide the public with detailed, user-friendly, and highly practical information on relational wisdom. This required regular upgrades, improvements and additions to the website, as well as weekly blog posts. Each post contained a brief, practical lesson on relational wisdom that people could put into practice that day in any setting of their lives. The posts contained reflection questions designed to stimulate personal application and group discussion. We had numerous emails telling us of how people were changing individually and also growing together in groups. By the end of the year, we had added 1,000 people to our mailing list, which now numbers 9,400, resulting in 15,000 visits to our website every month.

Hosted a national conference involving 60 Certified Relational Wisdom Instructors, who serve as independent contractors and are authorized to use our written resources, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing tools to promote and present RW seminars in their churches and communities. Their initial training involves careful screening, live training, and several weeks of study and journaling. Throughout the year we provide resources and support for these instructors, who are promoting and teaching relational wisdom in their own churches, ministries, and communities. Many of them are being recruited to teach elsewhere in the country. Although most of their training is in churches and ministries, we are seeing more and more opportunities to teaching in business and educational settings, and even in military settings in collaboration with military chaplains. Students in both levels of teaching include laypeople, pastors, attorneys, counselors, psychologists, HR managers, missionaries, and youth workers.
