The Corporation is a private non-profit regional Addictions Treatment Center dedicated to providing quality, cost-effective treatment and rehabilitation for adults and adolescents suffering from addictions and mental illness. The Corporation's programs include effective individual and family treatment for chemical dependency, co-dependency, eating disorders, gambling addiction, sexual addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Rimrock Foundation provides detoxification services to over 821 clients generating total revenues of $1,296,339 of which discounts are $616,970 and free care of $43,903 were provided to clients who were determined unable to pay for the services. Many times these clients would transfer to inpatient treatment for adults. Inpatient services were provided to 245 clients with revenues of $3,151,131 with discounts in the amount of $143,980.
Rimrock Foundation also provides adolescent services to the community at their two residential houses. In 2019, a total of 61 adolescents were provided with residential services generating $927,246 in revenue. Of this amount, $468,516 was written off as a discount. Several of these clients were lower income adolescents who qualified for assistance through Medicaid or State funding.
Rimrock Foundation provides substance abuse treatment and drug rehabilitation at their White Birch North and South facilities in Billings, MT. A total of 328 clients were serviced in 2019. Revenues totaled $3,954,685 of which $2,336,077 were discounted.
