Organizations Filed Purposes: Our mission is to save lives and encourage dignity through low barrier access to a warm safe place to sleep for anyone in need throughout the coldest months of the year.

In 2020 we continued our mission to save lives and encourage dignity through low barrier access to a warm safe place to sleep for anyone in need throughout the coldest months of the year. We did this by securing, first a temporary location in which we could increase our capacity to 40 individuals per night, and then in December to securing our own facility that will eventually also serve 40 guests per night. Our biggest expense is staff in which we added a full-time director this year. We were also forced to increase the number of staff due to less volunteer activity as a direct result of the Corona Virus. We also had increased supply costs due to Covid-19. There were some additional costs in securing our own facility both in fundraising and facility expenses. Main categories of expenses are listed below: Depreciation Expense $2325, Facilities and Equipment $13,727, Fees and Service Charges (PayPal fees) $20, Pledge Shrinkage $9500, Printing $711, General Supplies $3750, Phone and Internet $854, Food for guests and volunteers $311, Insurance $9061, Licenses $750, Outside Contract fees $80, Payroll Expenses $70,746., and Note: In Kind Distribution, which is just the use of items given of $14,365. For a total of $126,200 in expenses.
