THE RECORDS & PUBLICATIONS PROGRAMS KEEPS THE RECORDS OF NATIVE NORTH AMERICAN BIG GAME FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A VITAL CONSERVATION RECORD OF EXCELLENCE IN SPECIMEN QUALITY AND LINKING IT WITH BOTH EXCELLENCE IN HABITAT MANAGEMENT AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES THAT PRODUCE SUCH SPECIMENS AND EXCELLENCE IN HUNTING SKILLS DEMONSTRATED BY THE TAKING OF SUCH SPECIMEN IN A MANNER THAT FULLY COMPLIES WITH THE CLUB'S FAIR CHASE CODE. THE CLUB ALSO ORGANIZES RECOGNITION PROGRAMS TO HONOR SPECIMEN QUALITY, HUNTER SKILLS, SPORTSMANSHIP, AND MANAGEMENT PRACTICES THAT PRODUCE QUALITY WILDLIFE POPULATIONS. DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION PROCESSED 1,344 RECORD ENTRIES. ONE OFFICIAL MEASURER WORKSHOP WAS CONDUCTED IN CHATFIELD, MN IN CONJUNCTION WITH POPE & YOUNG CLUB. B&C'S PUBLICATIONS PROGRAM PUBLISHED BOONE AND CROCKETT CLUB'S 30TH BIG GAME AWARDS (NOVEMBER 2019 RELEASE DATE). THE BOOK WAS SUPPORTED WITH MULTI-FACETED MARKETING PLANS THAT INCLUDED DIRECT MAIL AND EMAIL CAMPAIGNS EXECUTED BY THE PUBLICATIONS PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM WAS ALSO INSTRUMENTAL IN THE EXECUTION OF THE 30TH BIG GAME AWARDS BANQUET AND RELATED EVENTS IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI, FOR SEVERAL DAYS IN JULY 2019. ADDITIONALLY, WE ASSISTED WITH CONTENT CREATION, WEBSITE COORDINATION AND WEBSTORE SETUP ALONG WITH THE CLUB'S IN-HOUSE TECHNOLOGY TEAM.

DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION'S FACEBOOK FANBASE DECREASED FROM 332,373 TO 329,007. INSTAGRAM FANBASE INCREASED FROM 33,700 TO 37,197. TWITTER FOLLOWERS INCREASED FROM 3,660 TO 3,870. YOUTUBE WATCH TIME MINUTES INCREASED FROM 622,000 TO 1,038,000 MINUTES. COMBINED WEB PROPERTIES HAD 428,213 VISITORS.ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION DISTRIBUTED 38 PRESS RELEASES, FORMULATED AND DISTRIBUTED 1 POSITION STATEMENTS, 1 OP-ED, RENEWED 7 CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTS AND 1 LICENSING AGREEMENT.

ASSOCIATES PROGRAM - PROVIDES SERVICES TO ASSOCIATES TO PROMOTE HUNTER ETHICS AND CONSERVATION THROUGH EDUCATION AND DEMONSTRATIONS. DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION PUBLISHED 5 ISSUES OF FAIR CHASE MAGAZINE FOR 5,663 ASSOCIATES AND 1,185 LIFETIME ASSOCIATES.
