TEACH, DEVELOP AND PROMOTE THE GAME OF SOCCER. DEVELOP SOCCER PLAYERS IN A CONSTRUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO THE PLAYERS' POSITIVE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.
THE ORGANIZATION SERVES APPROXIMATELY 315 PARTICIPANTS IN ITS REGIONAL COMPETITIVE PROGRAM FOR YOUTH AGES 11-18. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO TEACH SOCCER TECHNIQUES & TACTICS FROM TOP LEVEL COACHING STAFF, AND TO PROMOTE TEAMWORK & GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.
THE STRIKERS' ACADEMY PROGRAM IS A STRUCTURED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES A TECHNICAL CURRICULUM DESIGNED TO GUIDE BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 9 THROUGH 12 THROUGH THE APPROPRIATE STAGES OF SKILLS ADVANCEMENT DURING THE MOST CRITICAL PERIOD OF THEIR SOCCER DEVELOPMENT. THE PROGRAM SERVED APPROXIMATELY 130 CHILDREN EACH SEASON (SPRING & FALL).
APPROXIMATELY 475-500 CHILDREN ARE SERVED EACH SEASON (SPRING & FALL) IN THE MICRO STRIKERS PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN OF AGES 5-12. THIS PROGRAM EMPHASIZES TEACHING BASIC SKILLS AT AGE APPROPRIATE LEVELS AND EMPHASIZES BEING ACTIVE AND HAVING FUN WHILE LEARNING ABOUT SOCCER.
