The purpose of the Association is to organize, promote and operate an agricultural fair with a primary emphasis on 4-H club projects and activities. Other projects for community betterment may be supported.
The North Haverhill Fair Association conducts a 5-day family-oriented fair to promote 4-H activities and agriculture. In 2020, due to the global coronavirus pandemic, the fair did not hold any in-person events but it did hold a "Virtual Fair" in which board directors, volunteers, 4-H members and others shared memories of the Fair. In addition a Hay Bale Trail was held in the village of North Haverhill rather than on the fairgrounds.
