INC SERVES AS THE PROJECT INCUBATOR FOR THE BUILDING ELECTRIFICATION INITIATIVE (BEI). THROUGH THIS INITIATIVE, BEI EQUIPS CITIES ACROSS NORTH AMERICA WITH THE KNOWLEDGE, TOOLS, AND RESOURCES THEY NEED TO IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO ACCELERATE THE TRANSITION OF BUILDING HEATING, COOLING, AND HOT WATER SYSTEMS AWAY FROM FOSSIL FUELS AND TOWARD HIGH EFFICIENCY ELECTRIC OPTIONS.
