Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Organizations mission is to provide its members with the opportunity to work collectively to develop informational and educational programs to improve the overall work practices of the industry, and provide a forum for industry networking.
Industry training: The Industry Training Program provides a training and certification program which is run jointly with the New Mexico Department of Transportation. It provides industry specific materials testing and certification training. 1,274 students participated in the program in 2019.
Member Events: The Organization has four major social/networking events per year to benefit the members. The Scholarship Fundraiser Event had 226 participants, The Golf Classic Event had 144 participants, The State Convention Event had 190 participants, and the Holiday Dinner Event had 323 participants.
Industry education: The Industry Education Program includes providing in-house training programs for industry employees. Four new classes were added in 2019. There were a total of 2,038 students which represents an increase of 594 students.
