NMRA offers Alcohol Server Certification courses throughout New Mexico, in an effort to fulfill its mission to be an invaluable resource for education. NMRA continues to offer ServSafe sanitation courses and provided Train-the-Trainer classes in order to train future instructors in the program. NMRA continues to publish the Southwest Restaurateur, a quarterly publication that is delivered to every foodservice establishment in New Mexico, southern Colorado and El Paso, Texas. This is an excellent resource for restaurateurs and offers industry-specific articles designed to help individuals better run their business.
Emergency response - NMRA provides funds for advocacy and support of the restaurant industry in the state of New Mexico.
