Transforming lives to reduce the worldwide generational cycle of incarceration. The 2 main programs are Wings Prison and Community Family Days and the Wings For L.I.F.E. (WFL)
Wings Family Days - Wings Family Days are held in the community or in state adult male and female prisons or juvenile facilities. In 2018 Wings hosted 10 prison Family Days in NM, 5 in OH and 1 in Tennessee. Wings also hosted 3 Albuquerque Community Family Days. Wings ministered to and fed 4,654 people in prison and 960 people in NM Community parties.
There were 43 weekly Wings For L.I.F.E. meetings - Life- skills Imparted to Families through Education (WFL). There were 3,383 people who attended WFL and 881 were children/teens (26%) for an average of 79 people per meeting. In addition, In-kind donations of food, paper products, craft supplies, clothing, gifts, speakers, meeting space, books, magazines, and newspaper announcements were received.
