Walkin N Circles Ranch provided care and training for an average of 38 horses at its facility during CY 2019. Horses were fed based on their individual needs, given both routine (vaccines, teeth floating) and specialized (chiropractic) veterinary care, and grooming. Volunteers work with the horses to ensure that they can be haltered, trailered, and will cooperate with handlers during exercise and grooming. Professional trainers work with those horses that are either identified as having special needs to overcome past trauma and abuse or are candidates for being adopted as rideable horses. 33 horses were adopted out to new homes in 2019. Thirty six natural horsemanship clinics were held to reach volunteers horse handling and groundwork basics.
