HRDA, Inc. provides Adult Community Corrections and transitional reporting and assessment services to approximately 400 offenders in the counties of Taos, Rio Arriba, and Colfax counties which included; 1) Substances Abuse and Mental Health assessment services, 2) Individual and group substance abuse and mental health treatment services for approximately 400 clients, 3) Conducted more than 30,000 drug tests for corrections and CYFD clients and reported results to the referring body and 4) Provided social skills and behavioral modification training to the long term clients (over 90 days) for of the 400 clients participating in treatment services. HRDA, Inc. had a completion rate for the clients referred to this type of programming of 75% for this reporting year.

HRDA, Inc. provided Adult Drug Court treatment services to 60 felony adult offenders deemed to be a high risk / high needs clients in the community without some sort of intensive treatment and supervision in the counties of Rio Arriba and Colfax, with the services including 1) Drug testing Instant and laboratory, 2) Both Substance abuse and Mental Health assessments, 3) Individual and Group substance abuse treatment services,4) supervision services utilizing behavioral modification modality, 5) Family and marital services, and 6) Conducting Judicial reviews with the Drug Court Team in each location headed by the District Judge. Drug Court programs has a 67% success rate and a follow-up recidivism rate of less than 20% over the course of the year. With a combined recidivism rate of 25% since the original funding in 1999.
