Organizations Filed Purposes:
Support children in Ottawa County area with opportunities for sports, social and various educational activities.
To provide a positive place for young people in the county and and to offer constructive programs and activities to occupy their time, particularly after-school and during the summer months. Current programs emphasize character and leadership development, education and career enhancement, health and life skills, the arts, and sports, fitness and recreation.
Served 1,100 youth in Ottawa County with our Triple Play physical fitness programs. Served 750 youth in Smart Moves, our drug alcohol prevention program. Served 650 in Power Hour and 960 in Project Learn, our educational programs.
45 youth participated in the Diabetes Prevention program. The program includes nutrition education and physical fitness.
34 youth were served by the graduated sanctions program.
