To inform the public the need for bridge family homes and identify families interested in adopting or fostering children of all races with special emphasis on African American children in state custody.
Our agency works in collaboration with Oklahoma Dept. of Human Service to recruit families for children in the foster care system. As a result of COVID-19, during the fiscal year 2020-2021 we utilized a virtual and social media platform to recruit families in the OK City,Tulsa, and Lawton areas. We utilize these platforms to support families & children through our monthly support groups. Supported families in area of education, mental health,food and necessary supplies to survive the challenges as related to COVID-19.
