LTM housing project-Euclid Avenue, Progress OKC managed the construction and sale of 4 single family homes available to low-to-moderate income buyers. The project was funded by HUD HOME Funds. This is the first phase of the project. The second phase will include the construction and sale of 3 additional homes available to income qualified low-to-moderate income buyers and a third phase will include the construction and sale of 2 market rate homes.
Progress OKC manages the commercial space in a historic low-income housing project as a community service facility. Commercial space is leased to nonprofit organizations that serve the community and other organizations with services primarily available and affordable to low- income individuals. Audio, visual and lighting equipment was purchased with grant proceeds and installed in the auditorium in 2017.
