Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary works to relieve the burdens of all peoples, as well as bring them to a saving knowledge of faith in Jesus Christ. This work is currently done by raising funds for and promoting the importance of theological education and training of leadership, printing brochures and promotional materials, promoting the translation and publishing of relevant books, and travel to oversee and evaluate educational programs.

JETS-Jordan equips spiritual leaders for planting and strengthening churches in the 22 Arabic-speaking countries of the Middle East, Arab Peninsula and North Africa. JETS-Jordan is not denominationally related and offers B.Th., M.A.B.S., M.Div., Th.M., and D.Min. degrees. JETS-Jordan has an evangelical statement of faith and its degrees are accredited by three international accrediting agencies. JETS-Jordan graduates serve in several Arab countries as well as among Arab communities in several western countries. Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary also supports missionaries serving at JETS-Jordan. In addition, the organization raised awareness and promoted the importance of theological education and training leadership in the Arabic speaking world.
