For example, WMRC, both directly and through its 501(c)(2) title holding subsidiary, owns and operates a number of large medical office buildings used by Saint Francis physicians and which house departments of Saint Francis Hospital. WMRC also provides strategic property consulting services and expertise to SFHS in evaluating and planning for future real estate needs.
