Radio Redentor, Inc. is a non-profit radio station broadcasting primarily in a religious format. It's core activity is to provide communication services. To individuals and the community, provide education, information and entertainment. To organizations, provide them the means by which they can communicate, educate, inform and entertain others. The station is primarily funded by donations received from supporters of the Christian community which are formed by members within denominational and non-affiliated churches in Puerto Rico. They have been serving the educational and spiritual needs of the Puerto Rico community for the past 43 years. During this time the primary goal has been to provide quality Christian radio programming striving to deliver a variety of content to the audience and also carrying news and information programming geared toward events and activities in support of the Christian faith and values.

The radio station education activity services are accomplished by working on counseling and character formation for individuals and families through the broadcasting of educational programs. Our main broadcasting goal is succeeding to achieve the integral transformation of the individual and families that listen to the radio station, assisting them in building and strengthening a healthy and enduring Christian family environment, promoting a better quality of life for them. We focus on activities that educate on reducing divorce, domestic violence and other social problems that affect the individual and community where they live, provide effective spiritual and intellectual tools to help individuals in our audience manage their day to day challenges and crisis, enhance intellectual development, expand their knowledge so that it may result in a service to listeners which will make them more responsive, informed human beings and intelligent responsible citizens in their communities and the world. The services are provided by means of radio programs and talk shows, advice from professional mental health resources such as phycologist and counselors discussing updated health issues, and providing training about health risks, disease prevention and other similar subjects. Deilvering workshops and training focused toward building families and marriage, counseling for domestic violence and other situations involving the family and individuals that are relevant and which are being day to day discussed in the media, society and community by, Pastors, Ministers, Theologist and profesional counselors prepared in different fields of study. Furthermore with short interventions two times every hour, brief counseling about adolescent issues focused on prevention are performed. Educational, missionary and study travels to different Bible related parts of the world are sponsored annually. Also advice segments on family health issues, new bulletins on alternative medicine and programs on nutritional subjects are accomplished and Intern opportunities for undergraduate students working towards a degree in the communications and other related fields are granted when available. In 2019 the radio station provided 30,070 instances of education activities services.

The Information Activity Services are achieved providing critical and relevant information for purposes of actively exploring, investigating and interpreting issues of national and international importance with a Christian and moral view. Helping the individual listener better understand himself, his institutions and his natural and social environment so he can intelligently participate in promoting a process of change with sound spiritual and moral values. Maintaining the community informed of important circumstances, events and emergencies. Providing a daily product which is consistent and reflects the highest standards of Christian broadcasting. The services were provided by means of radios programs, talk shows and other radio resources to enable the listener have access to coverage of relevant events, issues and ideas of local, national and international interest and give analytical commentary based on Christian and moral principles and values, alerts and emergency warnings by way of the Emergency Alert System, advise by government officials and experts of national emergencies, actions, measures and issues important for the prevention of disasters and conservation of lives. In 2019 the radio station provided 14,929 instances of information activities services.

The activities in the Entertainment program are achieved promoting a healthy and positive state of mind and spirit for the listener in need of comfort, strength and reassurance. Music and encouraging spiritual ministering of contemporary artist and performers provide listener with an appealing and spiritual experience so that individual feel there is meaning to life. Provided a consistent Christian and positive music and entertainment environment themed and shaped to suit the listener's needs at any given time of day, and one that is generally upbeat in tone. Entertainment is provided by means of radios programs, talk shows and other radio resources, through a variety of Christian music styles and rhythms to help people manage and enjoy as they go about their daily lives, offering interviews, radio magazines (radio program covering multiple of subjects), public interaction programs (people calling in and participating), providing access to communication and interaction through the web and social media. In 2019 the radio station provided 2,634 instances of entertainment activity services.
