Organizations Filed Purposes: To build a community of young change agents who make Puerto Rico their life project. This means we recruit, engage, and support young people who work on social projects in Puerto Rico. We do this through a fellowship program, citizen education, internship placement, and supporting the projects of change agents.

We scaled the project to have two sessions (summer and academic year). 29 participants completed the programs, 16 internship centers collaborated with us, participants completed 7,565 work hours, managed 61 projects, and the value of their work is $91,876. One great accomplishment was that the rogram grew despite the challenges represented by the COVID pandemic. This became a space in which young professionals were able to develop professionally and as responsible citizens in a time in which working is increasingly difficult.

#EnAcción grew organically as an incubator and laboratory to experiment social projects. Participants developed five labs which include: Gender violence lab, landfill closure lab, workforce scene lab, public health lab, and the role of young people in the elections. These labs are educational spaces in which participants receive mentorship and guidance in how to form and advance their social projects. Additionally, as part of #EnAcción, we incubated social and community initiatives led by young people, such as Causa Local, FURIA, Sembrando Sentido, Sol es VIDA and ACUTAS. All of these projects received our support to develop stronger skills, structure and eventually spin off.

Events- Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we managed to coordinate a 6-episode series through social media livestreams to educate regarding the COVID-19 quarantine, and topics such as public health, autism, waste generation, college student challenges, gender violence, and the University of Puerto Rico. We also held standalone webinars in topics such as COVID, demographics, environment and citizen participation. We also coordinated 10 Café Conciencia dialogues. Our biggest event of the year was #EsMiTurno, which was an educational effort to ensure youth participation in the 2020 elections, and ensuring the youth's voice was heard.
