TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND ECONOMIC WELL BEING OF INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITIES, AND THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA BY PREVENTING TEEN PREGNANCY.
OFFICE OF ADOLESCENT HEALTH, Tier 1B: This grant authorizes the Campaign to work in Anderson, Aiken and Orangeburg to take to scale and institutionalize the implementation of selected evidence-based programs.
OFFICE OF ADOLESCENT HEALTH, Tier 1A: This grant authorizes the Campaign to increase the capacity of 16 Department of Juvenile Justice and foster youth-serving organizations to replicate evidence-based teen pregnancy, HIV and STD prevention programs.
PREP (Personal Responsibility and Education Program): Funding supports statewide teen pregnancy prevention efforts including distribution of mini-grants and providing training and technical assistance to programs implementing research proven teen pregnancy prevention programs.
