THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO MENTOR BOYS INTO CIRTUOUS CATHOLIC MEN.
FRATERNUS CHAPTERS: Fraternus, Inc. provides a Catholic mentoring program for Catholic parishes to sponsor and operate under their own volunteer leadership. The program consists of weekly meetings during the academic year (August-May) totaling approximately 32 meetings and 2 to 3 excursions. The curriculum implemented bu the volunteers is designed for young men age 11 or in the 6th grade to 18 or a senior in high school. During the year ended June 30, 2016, 305 men were registered as active participants in the program and it is estimated that another 200 non-registered participants also took part in the program for a total of approximately 500. Fraternus provided training and curriculum for approximately 202 adult colunteers. Volunteers invested. approximately 18,800 hours into Fraternus Chapters in this fiscal year.
FRATERNUS RANCH: Fraternus Ranch is a week long summer camp that boys attend with their volunteer mentors. The week includes team building adventure activities, human formation, prayer and opportunities to grow in friendship with their mentors and fellow Fraternus Brothers. 155 boys and 72 volunteers attended Fraternus Ranch this fiscal year. Volunteers invested approximately 5,760 volunteer hours this year.
