Organizations Filed Purposes: The Center's mission is to create a more just, compassionate, and healthy world by nurturing personal and professional integrity and the courage to act on it.

Clergy: Our programs provide spiritual and leadership formation for clergy and congregational leaders. As those faith leaders serve their communities from a place of greater integrity, healthier and more vibrant faith communities are nurtured. During FY 19-20, a new curriculum was developed and piloted with a group of university campus ministers from the US and Canada to support students in vocational discernment. We began registration for five Flourishing in Ministry cohorts of up to 25 participants each across the US. The scheduled launch of the cohorts was delayed by the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and plans were developed to move the series successfully online beginning in fall of 2020. The pandemic also delayed a scheduled Soul of Aging alumni institute which was rescheduled for the following year.

Leadership: Our world-wide network of Courage & Renewal facilitators prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal (CCR) offered 200+ programs during FY 19-20 for leaders in a variety of fields including: education, non-profits, business, healthcare, and ministry. In addition, CCR's Touchstone program for business executives concluded two series that served a total of 32 leaders. A Healing the Heart of Higher Education event hosted by CCR served over 100 educators and leaders.

FPP Facilitator Preparation Program: Our mission is served by preparing and supporting facilitators who lead programs for professionals in education, ministry, healthcare, and other sectors. Our network of over 225 facilitators offer programs across the world. In FY 19-20, we supported an additional 30 facilitators-in-preparation through a mentoring process and began two new FPP cohorts with a total of 28 participants. We continued an evaluation and redesign of our preparation process that will better serve our mission in the coming years.
