Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide various services to the elderly of Williamsburg County in South Carolina.
Home delivered meals were served to 253 clients with meals delivered weekly and the client receiving a minimum of 5 meals. Additionally, 112 Community Long Term Care clients were served as well during the fiscal year.
Group dining was provided through the 3 Senior Centers, Kingstree, Hemingway and Greeleyville, at lunch and also included breakfast during the winter months. A total of 167 senior citizens of Williamsburg County were served.
Transportation was provided to 38 older individuals during the year and included out-of-town trips, shopping and errand trips, as well as transportation to and from the wellness centers.
