Organizations Filed Purposes:
To implement the Gospel of Jesus Christ in South Carolina and throughout the United States and the world by working with economically disadvantaged people to help them create a better human habitat in which to live and work.
East Cooper Habitat for Humanity coordinates volunteer and charitable resources to build homes and make repairs for qualified low income families. The homes are financed with non-interest bearing mortgages. We continue to service the mortgages for the 76 homes we have built until they are paid off. Through our repair program, we provide support to our Habitat families and neighborhoods.During the 2020 fiscal year we completed construction on two homes and transferred ownership to two families and completed three repair projects.
