Organizations Filed Purposes: to facilitate healing of the mind, body, and spirit through the grace and strength of the horse. 7 Star Therapeutic Riding Center provides services through two forms of equine-assisted therapy to physically and mentally challenged individuals. (1) therapeutic riding for those with physical and some mental challenges (such as autism spectrum disorders) and (2) equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) to those with other types of mental and emotional challenges such as post-traumatic stress disorder. Both forms of equine-assisted therapy provide alternative forms of therapy that allow the client to make progress more quickly, and in different ways, than other forms of therapy.

To enhance the lives of individuals with mental and physical challenges through equine-assisted therapy

In 2019, 7 Star served 90 clients, including 29 children and 46 veterans through 1,129 therapy sessions, consisting of 219 therapeutic riding sessions and 810 equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions.
