Organizations Filed Purposes:
Restoration Charities exists to restore lives by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. We assist in the planting of new evangelistic outreaches, provide shelter and encouragement for the oppressed, sponsor mission teams and missionaries to make disciples, and to provide opportunities to restore those who are down and out into those who glorify God by becoming productive citizens. We are based in Norcross, Georgia where our Thrift Store, Cheaper by the Dozen is located. We also operate a women?s shelter in San Juan de Lurigancho, Peru and a church complex in Jicamarca, Peru, currently used primarily for children?s ministry and visiting mission teams. We create volunteer opportunities through our Thrift Store to help rehabilitate the homeless and unemployed ? training them to take their places as contributors in the community, both productively and spiritually. We periodically lead worship services including preaching and teaching of the word, the ordination of ministers of the gospel,
Our women's shelter continues to reach women, rescue them from abuse and poverty and equip them for productive lives as mothers and community members and Christians. Our children's ministry is reaching a community of children living in 3rd world conditions with a message of hope, belonging and possibilities.
