TransformUs Movement aims to mobilize and empower people and organizations to serve as catalysts for change in underserved communities. Our chief goal is to unite people from different walks of life by providing creative ways for them to collaborate and synergize to revitalize the community.
Our music and out reach program reached 2,195 people of all ages. Services were provided through community outreach events, school out reach events and conferences.
