In 2019, Affordable Housing Visions for Texas achieved the following milestones.1. One of our sponsored projects completed construction and opened in Fall 2019. The Standard on the Creek in Houston, Texas, 141 Units.2. We initiated site development feasibility of a potential affordable housing development of 180 units on a 5 acre tract in the urban core of San Marcos, Texas. 3. We entered into negotiations with the NRP Group to serve as their nonprofit partner for a 2019 LIHTC application for a 200 unit project in Eastern Travis County, Texas.
