The mission of Art Spark Texas is to challenge the perceptions of how people contribute by creating an arts-inspired inclusive community of individuals with diverse abilities.
Artist Services provides professional development workshops, classes, and opportunities to show their work through exhibitions at local and statewide venues. In 2019/20, approximately 1,055 emerging and professional artists were offered professional development services and technical assistance in visual art, performance, creative writing, dance, and media. The Distinguished Artist Veterans program continues to serve over 600 veterans by offering multi-arts classes in Central Texas area, and exhibitions across the state. We provided fiscal and administrative support to 2 emerging arts entities and their staff.
