THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, OVER SEVENTY YOUTHS GRADUATED FROM MULTIPLE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, THROUGH WHICH THEY GAINED CRITICAL LIFE, JOB AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS WITH FOOD, AND A SENSE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. YOUTH, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS GREW OVER THIRTY THOUSAND POUNDS OF PRODUCE, DONATING OVER 40% TO TWELVE DIFFERENT LOCAL HUNGER RELIEF ORGANIZATIONS AND SELLING THE REST AT LOCAL FARMERS MARKETS AND AT LOCAL GROCERY STORES AND RESTAURANTS.
