A SERIES OF CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS ARE HELD FOR STATE HISPANIC LEGISLATIVE CAUCUSES AND THEIR MEMBERS FROM STATES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN ORDER TO CONDUCT DIALOGUE AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION RELATED TO COMMON AGENDA GOALS AND MISSIONS. APPROXIAMATELY 100 PEOPLE ATTEND THE CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS.
