ADDITIONALLY, IT HAS ON-SITE LAB, CLASS D PHARMACY, INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT. PREVENTION SERVICES INCLUDE WELL-CHILD CHECKS AND IMMUNIZATIONS, WELL WOMEN EXAMS, AND CHRONIC AND NUTRITION COUNSELING. PEOPLE'S CONTINUES TO EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANT GROWTH IN UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS AND CLINICAL ENCOUNTERS AND PERFORMS WELL ON BOTH STATE AND NATIONAL QUALITY OUTCOMES. CONTINUED IN SCHEDULE O.

THE PRENATAL PROGRAM PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE TO PREGNANT WOMEN. THE TYPICAL PATIENT HAS SIX VISITS WITH A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AND ALSO RECEIVES HEALTH EDUCATION, ON-SITE LAB TESTS, CLASS D PHARMACY, INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES AND POST PARTUM CARE. PEOPLE'S CONTINUED ITS UNIQIUE "FOCUS ON THE FOURTH" PROGRAM, TARGETING POST-PARTUM WOMEN AND THEIR NEWBORNS WITH INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE TRANSITION OF CARE FOR MOTHER AND CHILD, ACCESS TO SUPPORTIVE RESOURCES, AND COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH EDUCATION DURING THIS KEY TIME OF TRANSITION FOR THE FAMILY. THE FAMILY PLANNING PROGRAM PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE TO MEN AND WOMEN. THE TYPICAL PATIENT IS SEEN TWO TO FOUR TIMES PER YEAR FOR RECOMMENDED CANCER SCREENINGS, CONTRACEPTIVE COUNSELING AND SUPPLIES, GENITOURINARY TRACT PROBLEMS, AS WELL AS SCREENING AND TREATMENT FOR SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES. LAB AND CLASS D PHARMACY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ON-SITE. IN 2018, PEOPLE'S INTEGRATED FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES INTO A BROADER RANGE OF LOCATIONS, INCLUDING AT THE ORGANIZATION'S SCHOOL BASED CLINIC.
