To support cultural, historical, research, conservation, environment, beautification, and general community development activities benefiting the City of Austin, the State of Texas, or the United States of America. Additional purposes of the organization are the promotion of patriotism and the promotion of civic pride in the community, state, or country.
QOL assists the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Austin Economic Development Corporation dba Opportunity Austin with their education initiatives.
