Organizations Filed Purposes: The organization will maintain a wildlife preserve and bird sanctuary on its properties in Comal County, TX, and it will work to educate the public about the protection and conservation of fish, game, other wildlife, grasslands and forests in Comal County, TX. The organization will reach out to civic groups of the community to educate them on how to prevent de-beautification of open land with unwanted development and billboard advertising.

The corporation reaches out to local civic groups to educate them on the necessity of preserving the natural environment for the survival of the wildlife inhabiting the land. The organization hosts a lecture series, free of charge, at the local library to inform and educate interested groups on ways to protect their land from developers and unwanted billboards and signs. The organization will purchase "protection" signs from the state of Texas which, once in place, other billboards can not be installed within 500 feet in both directions on that same side of the road.

The organization hosts free lecture series to educate the community about the importance of preserving the open land in order for the native wildlife to survive. The organization meets with land owners and civic groups in to inform them on how to prevent unwanted development and unsightly advertising billboards from being erected on the undeveloped land. Work with student groups from Universities and Colleges to educate them on the importance of preserving undeveloped land and the wildlife that inhabits that land.
