Organizations Filed Purposes:
Our mission is to be an adjunct to the Lake Fork Health Services District, Silver Thread Public Health District and Hinsdale County EMS in order to help provide excellent medical resources in Lake City and the surrounding area where there are no hospitals or alternate medical care for fifty miles in any direction.

Grant to Hinsdale County EMS for paramedic bridge training 3,000. Partner with EMS for grant application to NextFifty Initiative 4,000 that was immediately passed through to EMS for Covid relief.
Partner with the Silver Thread Public Health District for grant application to NextFifty Initiative 4,000 that was immediately passed through to the Public Health District for Covid relief.
