Organizations Filed Purposes: Radiate Coalition exists to develop, equip, and pioneer restorative programs to provide whole-person care to victims of traumatic abuse, exploitation, and oppression across the globe.

Whole Person Care Programs: To support the development of restorative programs providing whole-person care for victims of trauma and trafficking, Radiate Coalition board of directors made contributions to an NGO registered in Honduras that operates the Casa de Ester program - a residential safe home for teenage victims of sexual violence and trafficking; as well as the Casa Legado transition home program for graduating residents of the Casa de Ester program. The support of Radiate Coalition provided for budgeted operations and specific special projects for the Casa de Ester and Casa Legado programs. Radiate Coalition also began the process of registering Radiate Coalition in Honduras as an extension of its US operations in order to further develop, equip, and pioneer whole-person care programs.

Training Programs: To facilitate the development of restorative whole-person care for victims of trafficking and trauma, Radiate Coalition both directly provided and facilitated training to Casa de Ester and Casa Legado programs in Honduras. Trainings topics provided by Radiate Coalition included whole-person care and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. Radiate Coalition facilitated training conducted by Rapha God Ministries on inner healing prayer for the staff and residents at Casa de Ester. Radiate Coalition also provided a contribution to help U.S.-based 501(c)(3), SCORE International, provide Biblical Counseling training in Honduras to pastors and church leaders, with a special presentation by the psychologist from Casa de Ester. about helping recognize and care for victims of trafficking and trauma. Radiate Coalition also traveled to Uganda and provided trauma-informed care trainings and training materials to the missionaries and supported program staff of U.S.-based 501(c)(3), Rescue Hope, stationed in Tororo, Uganda.

Mission Trips: In the effort to engage US-based individuals to learn about trauma-informed care efforts across the globe, Radiate Coalition led mission trips of current and prospective Radiate Coalition donors and volunteers to Honduras to visit the programs of Casa de Ester and Casa Legado.
