IT Service Management Forum-USA (ITSMF) was formed to provide leadership and build the community of service management professionals through the understanding and advancement of best pratices in IT service management.
ITSMF offers memberships and sponsorship opportunities for IT service professionals to learn and to connect with one another to enhance their technical and managerial abilites.
