PROMOTE COLLABORATIVE LAW BENEFITS BY BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF COLLABORATIVE LAW PROFESSIONALS THROUGHOUT TEXAS, ACT AS A UNIFYING VOICE FOR COLLABORATIVE LAW IN TEXAS AND PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE COLLABORATIVE LAW PROCESS TO PROVIDE CONTINUING EDUCATION TO LEGAL PROFESSIONALS. IN 2019 WE HAD 4 CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES WHICH TRAINED 125 PROFESSIONALS IN COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE.
Conferences/Luncheons - To provide for an opportunity for members to meet at a central location to learn up-to-date educational tools for participants.
Trainings - Providing multiple trainings and at different levels, from just learning to more advanced, for the purpose of preparing individuals to be familiar with the collaborative divorce process.
Membership Support - Providing tools and resources to assist members to provide an excellent client experience through the collaborative divorce process.
