SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PHYSICIAN AND OTHER HEALTHCARE-RELATED SERVICES TO INDIGENT PATIENTS IN DALLAS COUNTY BY ENTERING INTO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH HANDS-ON HEALTHCARE PROVIDER GROUPS TO FURNISH CARE IN LOCAL HOSPITALS AND CLINICS. Dallas County Indigent Care is in the process of suspending and transferring operations to Dallas Safety Net Support Corporation whose mission is to 'Promote health and relief of the poor and distressed by improving access, availability and efficiency in the delivery of health care services to low income individuals of Dallas County, Texas.
