Child Care Management Services (CCMS) Administration of contracts under agreement with the Texas Workforce Commission to provide subsidized childcare services to eligible families in Dallas County under the CCMS program. These childcare services allow parents to work or attend school or training, which helps them achieve economic self-sufficiency. Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Providing job training information and counseling to program participants. The goal of Choices services is to end the dependence of needy parents on government benefits by promoting job preparation and work. The average number of participants served from 1/1/2019 through 12/31/2019 was 2,223.
