To provide educational enrichment programs from prenatal through adult education. Our focus of education for adults includes English as a Second Language, Computer Literacy, and workforce certification classes. Our education work for children and youth includes after school and summer camp enrichment, as well as a specialized student support program for children with learning differences. JPCC was formed to help revitalize and improve a 62 block community bounded by Fair Park, Interstate 30, and East Grand Avenue, addressing in a comprehensive way all major aspects of the area, including housing, anti-crime, employment, physical assets, and the education of children and adults.
Jubilee achieves its work by collaborating with our community and outreach staff to address the needs of our 62 block area and the greater southeast Dallas Community. Together we provide food and nutrition, year round athletic programs, a robust senior program, social services work and the Seeds of Hope Program to assist families in times of need.
Jubilee works to reduce crime by working in tandem with our community, the City of Dallas, the District Attorney's office, and the Dallas Police Department. Coupled with a camera system that is monitoring the 62 block area that makes up Jubilee, this makes our community one of the safest neigborhoods in Dallas.
