Organizations Filed Purposes:
The mission of the Organization is to strategically plan, organize and direct cooperative opportunities and programs for its five member private historically black colleges and universities and serve as administrator of educational and community programs.
With approval of the State of Texas, TADC is Administrator of the Urban Scholarship Fund. This fund is made up of funds from AT&T and Frontier Utility Funds and provide 2 year private, 4 year public and Trade/Technical School Scholarship support to needy students who meet established eligibilty requirements. This includes applicants that must be full time undergraduate students and have graduated from a high school in one of 29 Texas Counties.
